At its April Board Meeting, the Powdersville Water District approved the appointment of Leon C. Harmon to the Board. He will be completing the term for John Kunst who recently resigned due to job relocation.
Mr. Harmon has a law degree from Emory University and a chemical engineering degree from Clemson University. He is a member of Nexsen Pruet, LLC law firm and is active in his church, school booster clubs and Clemson IPTAY. Leon and his wife, Susan, have lived in the Powdersville Community for 10 years. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
