As Co-Chair of the Board, she will collaborate closely with James Murdoch, whose company Lupa Systems acquired a controlling stake in Tribeca Enterprises in 2019. Rosenthal will maintain an active role in guiding the Tribeca Festival, particularly as it approaches its significant 25th anniversary in 2026. Her transition allows her to dedicate more time to the creative and brand aspects of Tribeca’s business, including exploring new film projects for innovative venues like Sphere.
Rosenthal, an accomplished producer with credits including Oscar-nominated films such as “The Irishman” and popular hits like “Meet the Parents,” has also been involved with cutting-edge projects. Last summer, she produced a remastered version of “The Wizard of Oz” that premiered at the Las Vegas Sphere, utilizing AI to adapt the classic film for the venue’s expansive screens. This move reflects her ongoing commitment to pioneering cinematic experiences and further developing Tribeca’s diverse offerings.

During her tenure at the BBC, Glashow played a key role in the acquisition of ITV’s 50% stake in BritBox International, a specialist British streaming service, and spearheaded the launch of a comprehensive digital and product strategy across BBC.com and the BBC app.
Her professional journey also includes significant roles at Comcast, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Viacom. Beyond her executive leadership, Glashow has also ventured into content production, serving as an executive producer on the Emmy-winning Netflix young adult series “Trinkets,” as well as “To All the Boys: P.S. I Love You.”
Expressing her long-standing admiration for the organization, Glashow noted her attendance at the very first Tribeca Festival and her connection to the Tribeca neighborhood.
